TY-R series vacuum lubricant oil purifier is a multi-functional oil purifier designed for all kinds of lubricants. It can be widely used in lubricant oil , hydraulic oil, anti-abrasive hydraulic oil, compressor oil, conduction oil, heavy duty gear oil ,refrigerator oil ,etc . It can remove the impurities, moisture, gas, light hydrocarbon, acid and improve the quality of oil, renew the lubricating oil.

The treated oil passes through a primary filter and enters the heater for heating ,the heated oil through the second stage filter to the spiral spray atomization system ,then the lube oil becomes coarse and mist and falls to the reactor and enters the vacuum separation chamber,water evaporation start . The oil mist forms a three-dimensional, multi-layer evaporation structure in the tank. After removing impurities, dehydrating, degassing, and removing acid,work with oil pump and through the precise filter ,finally oil purification circle completed .The steam and hot air separated from the vacuum separation chamber enter the condenser ,most of the steam condenses into the water storage tank, and the hot air in the oil is discharged from the vacuum pump after cooling.

3.1 For the lubricating oil system and oil tank , dehydration, degassing and impurity removal to improve the cleanliness .
3.2 For the hydraulic oil, antiwear hydraulic oil and other systems oil stations and tanks , dehydration, degassing and impurity removal to improve the cleanliness .
3.3 It can remove 100% free water and remove 99.9% dissolved water.Besides it also removes 100% free gas and 98% dissolved gas ,the treated oil can meet the national standard.
