Usage:Trailer type double stages vacuum transformer oil purifier oil is widely used in electric , petroleum, chemical and railway etc. It is worked as oil filtration equipment in field working. On the basis of vacuum oil purifier machine, adding a damping spring steel plate, a brake and cornering lamp. It is safe and reliable during moving. It is used for oil purification treatment and vacuum hot oil circulation drying of various large transformer equipment installation and maintenance. It very suitable for 110KV- 330KV transformer insulation oil purification treatment, meanwhile, it is used for high grade new oil and imported oil deep treatment.Compared with single stage oil purifier, this machine with additional roots pump pressure charging system, twice high vacuum separation system and three-dimensional fast flash evaporation system. It's can quickly and effective remove water,gas, degas, acetylene, free carbon etc. After treatment, the treated oil with higher breakdown voltage. It is also can be used as independent vacuum resource for transformer equipment vacuum drying and vacuum oiling.Functions:| 1. Dehydration, degassing, remove impurities for 110-1100KV main transformer insulation oil. |
